Here’s how to send someone a list of your available time slots from Outlook 2007.

Create a new email item as per below example, then click the Calendar button:

The following form will appear:

Choose the Calendar (if you have multiple) and Date (or range) you want. I usually tick the box to limit it to just work hours.

Appointment Booking Calendar is a WordPress plugin for accepting online bookings from a set of available time-slots in a calendar. The booking form can be linked to a PayPal payment process and to other type of payment process (see download page for features of each version). The only available team members have received too many meetings. This time slot will become available again when events are scheduled with other users and the distribution of meetings becomes equal. Click OK and it inserts the list of available times into your email (note it requires the email to be in HTML format).

Click Send.
